About Me
Welcome to my technical resource hub for Industrial Engineering in the apparel industry.
Professional Background
I am a seasoned Industrial Engineering professional with over 19 years of hands-on experience in the garment manufacturing sector. For the past 15 years, I have served as a Group IE Manager, overseeing complex operations, optimizing production floors, and implementing standardized systems across multiple factory units.
Throughout my career, I have specialized in transforming manufacturing efficiency through:
Process Optimization: Reducing lead times and maximizing output.
Method Engineering: Implementing advanced work-study techniques and ergonomic workstations.
Standardization: Developing comprehensive Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure "First Time Right" quality.
Strategic Leadership: Managing large-scale IE departments and training the next generation of engineers.
Why I Started This Blog
In my 19 years in the industry, I’ve realized that the greatest challenge in any factory is not the lack of talent, but the lack of standardized documentation. I created this blog to share my library of Industrial Engineering SOPs with factory managers, students, and professionals worldwide.
My goal is to provide "ground-reality" solutions—not just theory—that can be implemented on the shop floor today to drive immediate results.
