Introduction to sewing machine:

Single Needle Lock Stitch Machine:
Using one needle and one bobbin.
Purpose: Single needle lock Stitch Machines are used for joining two or multiple fabric parts together. The Machine is used to sew lightweight, medium weight, and heavy fabrics.
Edge Cutter Single Needle Lock Stitch Machine:
Using one needle, one bobbin and one blade.
Purpose: Single needle lock Stitch Machines are used for joining two or multiple fabric parts together and at a time edge cut of the fabric. The Machine is used to sew lightweight, medium weight, and heavy fabrics.
Double Needle Chain Stitch Machine:
Using two needle and two looper.
Purpose: Single needle chain Stitch Machines are used for joining two or multiple fabric parts together. Double needle chain machine used for top stitches. The Machine is used to sew lightweight, medium weight, and heavy fabrics.
Double Needle Lock Stitch Machine:
Using two needles and two bobbins
Two types of Double needle lock stitch machine have. One is Fixed bar and another is Split bar.
Purpose: This type lock Stitch Machines are used for top stitch, decorative stitch etc. The Machine is used to sew lightweight, medium weight, and heavy fabrics.
Overlock Sewing Machine:
Overlock Machines are available in 3 threads, 4 threads, 5 threads and 5 threads over edge sewing.
Purpose: This Machine is used for join garment panels (for example: trouser panels, Side seam join, Edge Safety stitch, Inseam join) and for over-edge Stitch.
Flatlock Sewing Machine:
This Machine is called a cover-Stitch sewing Machine. Flatlock sewing Machines can used both 2 or 3 needles. It can be use for decorative stitch
Flatlock machines are available in two types: flat beds and cylinder beds. How to use this machine: The flatlock machine is used for the hem sleeve edge of the Knit product. Loop make, Side Seam, inseam top stitch of Swim trunk for decorative purpose.
Feed of the Arm:
Two-needle chain Stitch Machines are used for joining two or multiple fabric parts together and top stitch. It can be used with three-needles by changing the setting. The Machine is used to sew lightweight, medium weight, and heavy fabrics
Example: sewing shirt side seams, pants side seam / inseam join and top stitch etc.
Zigzag Sewing Machine:
This Machine is used for zigzag Stitching. Used in manufacturing bra, jacket manufacturing, underwear production to attach elastic, elastic join tuck etc. This machine used for decorative stitching.
Multi-Needle Chain Stitch Machine:
This machine is used for Waistband attach, Shirt Top center of Shirt, Decorative top stitch
Velcro Attach:
It is used for Velcro attach, label attach, decorative stitch etc
Pattern Sewer Machine:
It is used for label attach, flap sewing, decorative stitch etc.
Saddle Stitch Machine:
It is used for decorative stitch
Blind Stitch Machine:
This machine makes an invisible hem stitch. fabric is not shown from face side. That is why it is called blind stitch machine. Typically, curved needles are used in this machine. Example: bottom hem, Loop make etc
Automatic Pocket Welt Machine:
This Automatic pocket welt machine is used to make double welt or single welt pockets of short and long Chino Pant.
Automatic Pocket Setter Sewing Machine:
Fully automatic machine is used to attach Denim pant pockets including bartack. No needs iron to set the pockets.
Semi automatic machine is used to attach Denim pant pockets including bartack. But need iron to set the pockets.
Snap Button Machine:
This machine is used for rivet attaching, shank button attach, Snap button etc
Button Hole Machine:
This machine is used to make buttonholes of Garments. Buttonholes can be made in different sizes. Adjustable hole for denim pant, Top center hole of the Shirt etc
Eyelet Button Hole Machine:
This Machine is used for making button holes on garments like Pant, Shorts Skirt, Flap etc.
Button Attaching Machine:
This Machine is used only for button attaching in a garment. Different sizes of buttons can be attached to the same machine by changing the settings. A variety of buttons, such as two-hole and four-hole can be sewn with simple adjustments on this machine.
Button neck Wrapping Machine:
This machine is used to secure the Button.
Bartack Sewing Machine:
The bartack sewing machine is used to secure the pocket edge, belt loop, zipper ply etc. Bartack sewing machines are also used for small decorative tracks and sizes.
Special Loop Attach Machine:
This machine is used for attached Loop. Productivity is very high.
