How to set the target per hour in the Sewing line of the Garment Factory?

It will be best to set the line layout target based on line efficiency, line cost and delivery date of the style.

Formula to set the 100% target:

Daily Target = (Worker x Working hour x 60/ SMV) x efficiency %

Basic Pitch Time (BPT) =Total SMV / Total Manpower

Operation Bulletin simplifies the process of setting up production lines in the apparel industry. With it, managing machine and operator requirements for any sewing line becomes effortless. However, it is essential to conduct an operation breakdown to prepare a machine layout and achieve line balancing, which ultimately enhances productivity through industrial engineering (IE).
